Camille has been in real estate as an investor/landlord since 2000. Before she was in real estate, she bought distressed businesses, cleaned them up, and then resold them. During the market crash in 2008/2009, Camille specialized in short sale negotiations for home owners and investors. She even did a short sale on a yacht. Over her career as an investor, she has completed numerous rehab jobs from minor paint and carpet to complex fire damaged ones. As a landlord and a property manager, Camille owns and/or manages over 30 homes in the Tallahassee and Crawfordville area. Mark Dobert and Camille have owned and operated the Tallahassee Investors Network for over 7 years. "We specialize in finding profitable rental properties for investors. If you are interested in learning to invest in real estate, we would love to have you as a guest at the Tallahassee Investors Network meeting."
When not working in real estate, Camille can be found paddling on our local rivers or riding through the national forest in her pink jeep.

Cheryl A Smith, or Kitty, as most people know her, is a Florida Native. Formerly of West Palm Beach, she and husband John W. Smith, also a licensee and HVAC Contractor, transplanted in Leon County after purchasing an investment property in Tallahassee. "We chose to make this our new home base as we fell in love with the people we've met and the Big Bend area. Our background as business owners in the Construction Industry and Real Estate Investment are strengths we bring to your service."

DON ALEXANDER

Don Alexander, CRS, GRI, grew up in Jackson, South Carolina. His parents operated a hardware, automotive, grocery, and dry goods store. There is where Don learned the value of hard work and excellent customer service. While in high school, he started learning to fly and did his solo flight at age 16 in a famously known Piper Cub. His love for flying and desire to become a professional pilot set the stage for him to later graduate from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he became a licensed airframe and powerplant mechanic and earned his Private Pilots License.
He then entered the United States Air Force as a jet engine mechanic. After having served in the USAF, Don used his GI Bill to earn his Commercial, Instrument, Multiengine and Flight Instructor ratings. Don worked his way through the University of South Carolina as a flight instructor and computer operator at night. He later earned his BA degree. In 1978, he became a licensed real estate salesperson and ten
years later became a real estate broker South Carolina and Georgia.
After working as a broker, he owned a real estate business and became a licensed real estate appraiser. In 1998 Don graduated from Missouri Auction School and became a licensed auctioneer. During his time as a real estate broker/owner,Don became interested in creative real estate investing. He then went on to study ways to help people solve their real estate problems. He learned to help people solve their real estate problems by completing commercial real estate classes. Don is also a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in Florida and also a member of the National Auctioneers Association.
When not finding people to help and problems to solve in the real estate market, Don enjoys flying
airplanes, wood working, being an animal lover, and being a husband to his wonderful wife Terri.
